Leadership Team
During the depths of the global pandemic we witnessed a detachment between company leadership and employees. We started PC&A in opposition of this trend, to create a space where high performing individuals can play an active role in the direction of a growing company.

Partner
Theo is experienced working closely with project stakeholders to manage large complex capital projects. Theo is adept at identifying opportunities to streamline existing processes and providing solutions through stakeholder engagement and adherence to project management principles. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic Theo spent three years working with tech startups as a project manager in Shanghai, China. Theo has an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Jason is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of capital project experience in the construction industry. During this time, he has led supply chain, procurement, cost consultant and cost management activities for several major international Clients and Owners. Industry experience includes high-tech, education, biotech, manufacturing, and public sectors. Jason has significant experience in finance, auditing, due diligence, cost reporting, project controls, supply chain management and construction cost estimating across large capital investments, facilities and sustaining projects.
